Humble Yourself.

This one is for me and the saved folk, or maybe just me. And there's no "catchy" or relatable intro, I'm going to get straight to the point.

STOP
TRYING
TO
TAKE
GOD's
PLACE!

When you accepted Jesus as your Lord and savior, you accepted Him as your Lord, not just your savior. As your Lord, He is your ruler, your provider, your authority. Before coming to Him, we held those positions in our own lives but once we accepted Jesus in those spaces, He will take residence there. So why is it, that we willingly give God the title of Lordship but still want to hold on to those roles? We're out here trying to play God in our lives and over-exhausting our limited resources. Then w

e push God into a corner claiming "we got this". No, we don't. We're out here tired, overworked, stressed out, and annoyed about things God has already figured out. Our job is straightforward. Our job is to seek Him. We are to seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness and he will give us what we need (Matt 6:33). He knows what we need (Matt 6:32) and He is more than willing and able to fulfill our needs and more (Matt 7:11, Phil 4:19).

So please for your own sake, for your health, and for the health of your relationship with God. Let Him be God, let Him provide. Seek Him and He will guide you, provide for you, care for you, and comfort you, according to His riches, not what you can gather with your limited resources. Go to Him, and you will find Him. He will answer you.

P.S: If you can't seem to hear Him, read Psalm 22:3, you can hear better when you're in close proximity.
